The Medical Organization for Latino Advancement is preparing to meet the health needs of Puerto Ricans evacuating to Chicago in the wake of Hurricane Maria’s destruction.

MOLA is working with the City of Chicago to pre-plan so that we can help take care of the health needs of this population influx. They are helping the City to create a provider and resource list for evacuees.

If you are a physician, medical student or resident, fill out this form to let MOLA know how you can help.
